Loud or constant barking dogs will be considered a nuisance and will be subject to a citation unless controlled as stated in the City of Azle's Code of Ordinances, Chapter 2, Article 2.01, Section 0.10(1) Nuisances.

Library cards are available free of charge at the Information Desk in the library. To apply, adults (18+) must present a Texas Drivers License/ID and proof of mailing address.
Children are eligible for a card when they are 5 years old. A parent or guardian must be present and also have a library card before a child can apply.
Items may be renewed up to three times as long as the item is not on hold by another patron. To renew online, log into your online patron account at catalog.mypcla.com. Alternatively, you may call the library at 817-752-2682 or visit the library in person. Downloadable eBooks and eAudiobooks may only be renewed directly through the Overdrive/Libby app (some restrictions apply).
A valid library card is required to use the library computers and printers. However, visitors (18+) who do not have a library card may obtain a daily guest pass by showing their Driver's License/State ID at the Information Desk. Library computers and wifi are free to use. Printing costs 25¢ per black & white page, and 50¢ per color page.
Citations may be paid online.
You must come into the Municipal Court Clerk's office to request a payment plan. We will be able to give you a thirty (30) day extension at no additional cost to you. If you go beyond the thirty days, the State of Texas imposes a Time Payment Fee of $15 per violation. If you require longer than thirty (30) days, you will need to set a court date and request a longer extension from the Municipal Court Judge.
If you wish to pay the fine amount, you may handle it via mail. You will need to sign the back of your citation, circle either "guilty" or "no contest", and make the check payable to the "City of Azle" and mail to PO Box 1378, Azle, Tx 76098. When your payment is received, your citation will be disposed of. If you were cited for a "moving violation", payment in this manner will result in a conviction entered on your driving record. Contact our office for any fine amounts.
If a police accident report was made, you can obtain a copy from Azle PD at 505 W. Main Street - Bldg 2, from 8AM - 5PM, Monday - Friday. The cost is $6 for each report.
