Library cards are available free of charge at the Information Desk in the library. To apply, adults (18+) must present a Texas Drivers License/ID and proof of mailing address.
Children are eligible for a card when they are 5 years old. A parent or guardian must be present and also have a library card before a child can apply.

Items may be renewed up to three times as long as the item is not on hold by another patron. To renew online, log into your online patron account at catalog.mypcla.com. Alternatively, you may call the library at 817-752-2682 or visit the library in person. Downloadable eBooks and eAudiobooks may only be renewed directly through the Overdrive/Libby app (some restrictions apply).
A valid library card is required to use the library computers and printers. However, visitors (18+) who do not have a library card may obtain a daily guest pass by showing their Driver's License/State ID at the Information Desk. Library computers and wifi are free to use. Printing costs 25¢ per black & white page, and 50¢ per color page.
