Holiday baking is in full swing, and we want to remind you to put all the excess baking ingredients in the trash and not down the drain. Also, instead of washing your leftover cooking grease down the drain, recycle it for free! During the holidays, the City provides a collection site for used cooking oil and grease ONLY at the City Garage, 470 Denver Trail.
