Gov Abbott issues executive order restricting travelers from New York area or New Orleans

March 26 - Gov Abbott issued an executive order, effective at noon March 28, requiring anyone flying to Texas from New York, New Jersey, Connecticut or the city of New Orleans to enter a mandatory self-quarantine for 14 days upon arrival.
