The Zoning Board of Adjustment, may in conformity with the provisions of the statutes of the State of Texas, reverse or affirm wholly or partly, or may modify the order, requirement, decision, or determination as ought to be made and shall have all the powers of the Zoning Administrator or other administrative official whose decision is under appeal. The Board shall have the power to impose reasonable conditions to be complied with by the applicant or time limitations on the appeal or variance.
The Zoning Board of Adjustments meets as needed.
