Azle City Council adopted Ordinance No. 2023-07 on 06/20/2023. This ordinance adopts the 2023 Roadway System Impact Fee Study, Land Use Assumptions, Roadway System Capital Improvements Plans, and the Roadway Impact Fee Rates.
Azle City Council adopted Ordinance No. 2023-06 on 03/21/2023. This ordinance revised the water and sewer impact fees on new land development and redevelopment platted after 03/21/2023.

The Public Services Department operates one water production facility and two wastewater treatment facilities. This essential department provides the following services:
Overlay and reconstruction of city streets and curbs
Water and sewer systems maintenance
Water and sewer systems construction and replacement
Manages Capital Improvement Projects
Traffic signals / signage
Supervises the Fleet Services and Facility Maintenance division
