Time to renew your Friends of the Library Membership!
Have you renewed your Friends of the Library membership yet? Memberships expire in January. New members are welcome to join any time. Membership forms are available online and at the Library.

New Circulation Limits
Begining February 1, 2010, the following circulation changes go into effect:

Checkout Limits:
Books and AudioBooks - unlimited
VHS - 10 per adult card
DVD - 10 per adult card

Checkout Length:
All items - 2 weeks

These changes will not affect the due dates of materials checked out prior to February 1st. Please contact a library staff member at 817-444-7216 if you have any questions. Items may still be renewed up to three times via phone, email or in person.

Overview and Collection
The Azle Memorial Library opened at its new location, 333 W. Main St, on March 30, 2009. The City of Azle welcomes all to visit the new facility. The library offers 44 patron Internet computers, 8 catalog computers, wireless Internet access, over 4,000 VHS and DVD movie titles, and more than 2,450 books on tape and CD. We have over 44,650 books in the adult, young adult, childrens and reference sections. Please check our Online Library Catalog to see what is available.

Mission Statement
The goal of the Azle Memorial Library is to inform, educate, and serve the Azle community and school district by providing books, materials, and services for free use in a courteous and professional manner.
